Complaints Procedure

At Osteon we offer you a method to resolve an issue through the following Complaints Procedure.

We want you to be happy with the standard of care and treatment you receive from Osteon. If for any reason you feel you have a complaint or concern, please talk to us as soon as possible and we will try our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.


Step 1.

Osteon's internal complaints resolution.

Initially, we would request that you contact a member of the management team on 0207 043 6025; this gives us the opportunity to resolve the matter in the most direct way. If we cannot speak at the time, we will arrange a mutually convenient opportunity for you to do so, ideally in person.

If you feel that your complaint has not been resolved by us to your satisfaction, you can talk to an independent source by contacting the relevant body;
