Our team of therapists can help reduce your pain and treat your condition in a number of ways, from Osteopathy, using techniques such as manipulation of the lower back, and mobilisation of joints. We can also incorporate Sports Massage Therapy and Acupuncture within treatments, all of which have been shown to be highly effective in the treatment of lower back pain.

So what causes this common condition?

Back pain can be caused by many different reasons; it can be triggered by sitting badly at your desk for long periods of time, bending over or poor posture, to lifting something heavy incorrectly, or repetitive strain through sport.

We have found that pain can also be caused from a poor driving position, or driving or working at your desk for long periods of time without a break, our teams goal is to examine you and identify exactly what the cause of your specific pain is through special tests and experience, and from that diagnosis we can direct you to the most appropriate therapy.

We have found that back pain is not normally caused by serious disease, but due to the high level of training our therapists have, we can screen patients and refer back to their GP's, for MRI scans or Xrays if required, but saying that, through our teams treatment plans designed specifically to treat you as an individual, as not all cases are the same, we have had excellent results in just a few treatments.

If you do suffer with back pain or lower back pain, why don't you Book an Appointment and come down and meet the team, we can assess and diagnose your condition and at least give you advice to help get you back onto the road to recovery as quickly as possible.
